We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Free return shipping is provided for defective products, for non defective products shipping fees are charged to the customer
No restocking fees apply.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
For customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
FitCore additionally offers a 30-day return policy, which applies to all customers.

To qualify, customers must:
Use the Pilates Reformer at least 5 times per week for 4 weeks
Submit a request within 7 days after completing 4 weeks
Provide valid proof of use
One of the following:
Social media workout log (TikTok or Instagram)
Time-stamped progress video (Day 1 and Day 28+)
Dated photo log showing consistent use
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
Refunds will not be issued if:
Proof of use is not provided
Request is submitted late
Product is damaged beyond normal use
Purchase was made from a third-party seller
