Refund policy

This section applies to all customers in the following countries:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Cost

  • Free return shipping is provided for defective products, for non defective products shipping fees are  charged to the customer 

  • No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@tryfitcore.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.

  3. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:


Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


EU Consumer Right (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
FitCore additionally offers a 30-day return policy, which applies to all customers.

4-Week Results Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

This is a voluntary promotional guarantee and does not replace or limit the standard return policy above.

Eligibility

To qualify, customers must:

  • Use the Pilates Reformer at least 5 times per week for 4 weeks

  • Submit a request within 7 days after completing 4 weeks

  • Provide valid proof of use

Accepted Proof of Use

One of the following:

  • Social media workout log (TikTok or Instagram)

  • Time-stamped progress video (Day 1 and Day 28+)

  • Dated photo log showing consistent use

Refund Terms

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Non-Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Proof of use is not provided

  • Request is submitted late

  • Product is damaged beyond normal use

  • Purchase was made from a third-party seller
